Depression is a very real condition. Allthose suffering from depression deserve my sympathy. Assomeone who has suffered from depression in the past, I can assure you that youwill find an answer. Aftermuch suffering and searching, I found several things that helped me cope. Myhope is that you find the same thing that helped me. Theseare the three tips that helped me, and I'm happy to share them with you.

eep your head up. This is hard. It's even harder if     you are depressed. But I     believe that it is possible to get out of this hole if you remain     positive. Positive     attitudes give you the potential and the hope to continue looking until     you find the answer. 

Remember that you are a human being. You can be     a woman or a man. You could     be a son, a daughter or a mother. You are not depressed. You are     not depressed if you do what you do. It doesn't matter if you feel     depressed. Depression     is a monster, but it does not have to define who you are. At best,     it can dictate how you feel. Only you can determine who you     are. 

Depression is difficult enough. You don't need more     negativity. If you are     in the company pessimistic people who don't believe you can end     depression, you should run like the wind. There is an answer, and you need     to find it. Not downers who make things worse.
